220 Volt Power Cycling Mouse Simulator
220 Volt versions of the Power Cycling Mouse Simulator are made by refurbishing downlevel 110 VAC mouse simulators (T/L 92F7430)
from IBM RTP. Units have been outfitted with internal components such as relays and power supplies with are compliant
for both 110 VAC 60 Hz and 240 VAC 50 Hz operation.
The Units are not new and were not expressly designed or manufactured for 220 VAC usage.
The microcode and its modifications contained within the Mouse Simulator has been specified by IBM.
The weight of the bare unit is between approximately 1.5 and 2.0 pounds.
Note the use of plug code "A" plugs (see chart at bottom) for supplying power to the Simulator.
The Mouse Simulator is attached via the plug code "A" plugs to a heavy gauge aluminum power box. The cabling from the
power box is then connected to the 220 VAC supply.
The 220 VAC version can be outfitted with whatever outlet plug is suitable for the voltage source at the testing site.
Standard cables can be provided with each box for connection to the unit under test.
The weight of the bare unit with powerbox and cords is between approximately 4.5 and 5.0 pounds.
