Good article by Tam Do of Altera Corp. in the Jan. issue of EDN  for HDTV product development using FPGAs:

Mobile WiMAX: Challenges and Opportunities:

Stick-On Tri-Band 1/2-wave Dipole Antenna

The VDP is a compact, tri-band antenna covering the 860 to 960MHz, 1.77 to 1.88GHz, and 2.45GHz bands. Its durable, unobtrusive housing sticks permanently with integral adhesive to flat, non-conductive surfaces such as windows, drywall, ceiling tiles, plastic, etc. The antenna is supplied with 9.8 feet (3m) of RG-174 cable center-fed from the bottom. The VDP attaches via a TNC or Part 15 compliant RP-SMA connector.
