Cool article in EDN about red LEDs being used as light sensors.  Turns out a red LED can function as both a light emitter and a light detector in the same circuit (http://www.edn.com/index.asp?layout=article&articleid=CA6541376).

RadioMetrix TR1M 128-channel 12.5kHz / 25kHz Narrow Band FM transceiver module

Intended as a general purpose VHF unit, covering any 1 MHz switching bandwidth specified in the frequency range of 135 to 175 MHz. It is capable of supporting data rates of up to 5 kbit/s over distances of 1 km.
RadioMetrix VHF Narrow Band FM Multi channel radio modules

The TX1M transmitter and RX1M receiver modules offers product devlopers a low power data link in an industry-standard pin out and footprint. Suited to those low power applications where existing wideband modules have insufficient range, or where product development requires multi-channel operation is needed in VHF frequency.

  • Micropelt

    TE-Power-One and TE-Power-Plus

    Micropelt offers an evaluation kit for testing the possibilities of generating power with thermogenerators. This device is called TE-Power-One. A datasheet of this board is available as a  pdf document (387 KB).     Micropelt Power Bolt

    The Micropelt Power Bolt is for direct energy harvesting on hot machine parts and allows easy mounting. Some measurement data can be found at the  thermogenerator datasheet (pdf document (386  KB)) on page 5 and 6 or at the  Power Bolt measurement datasheet (pdf document (64  KB)).

    CAN bus (Controller Area Network) Balanced (differential) 2-wire interface, using a male 9-pin D connector.  Top data rate of 1Mbps (Bits per second).  Asynchronous transmissions controlled by start and stop bits.
